1. Ginger
The ginger tuber has been awarded the title of medicinal plant of the year 2018 in Germany. For centuries it has not only been a popular seasoning. 2. Lemon
Who doesn't know it, the hot lemon with a teaspoon of honey? As a special preventive measure, the southern fruit helps us to prepare ourselves against colds in the cold season.
